Other Ways to Give

Give land

When you protect land, you leave a legacy for coming generations. You may also be able to reduce your state and federal income tax, estate tax, and/or property tax. There are many ways to protect your land, including donating or selling a conservation easement, donating or selling the property, or doing a bargain sale.

Please contact us for more information and to get started.

Make a gift in your will

You can create a lasting conservation legacy by naming the Madison Land Conservation Trust as a beneficiary in your will or living trust, life insurance, or retirement account. It’s easy to do and it costs nothing during your lifetime.

Please contact us and we’ll help you every step of the way.
